Step 1 of 6

Let's start with your ZIP code.

Plans and carriers vary by county. We need this to show you the right options.

When were you born?

Medicare eligibility starts at 65. We use your birthday to find plans for your enrollment window.

Where are you in your Medicare journey?

This tells us which enrollment windows apply to you.

What kind of plan are you looking for?

Pick the closest. Your agent will explain the differences on the call.

Do you currently have any health insurance?

Including employer coverage, COBRA, or a current Medicare plan.

Where should we send your comparison?

A licensed Pure Life agent will call to walk through your plan options.

"My job isn't to sell anyone a Medicare plan. My job is to help you compare what's available where you live, and make sure the plan you pick actually fits the doctors you see and the medications you take."

What is the difference between Advantage and Supplement?

Medicare Advantage (Part C) is an all-in-one alternative to Original Medicare, often with $0 premium and built-in Part D. Medicare Supplement (Medigap) pairs with Original Medicare and helps pay the deductibles and coinsurance Original Medicare leaves behind. Your agent will explain which fits your situation on the call.

Will my doctors and prescriptions be covered?

This is the most important question. Before recommending any plan, your agent will check that your existing doctors are in-network and your current prescriptions are on the plan's formulary. If they aren't, we'll find a plan where they are.

When can I enroll?

Your Initial Enrollment Period begins three months before the month you turn 65 and ends three months after — a 7-month window. The Annual Enrollment Period for changing plans runs October 15 to December 7. There are also Special Enrollment Periods triggered by life events.

How much does it cost to work with Pure Life?

Nothing. There is never a charge to you. Pure Life is paid directly by the insurance carrier you choose, and our compensation does not change based on which plan you pick. You pay the same plan premium whether you enroll through us or directly with the carrier.

Will my information be sold or shared?

No. Pure Life does not sell your information. Your phone number and email are used only by your assigned licensed Pure Life agent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What if I don't like the plan I pick?

You can switch during the Annual Enrollment Period (Oct 15 – Dec 7) or the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (Jan 1 – Mar 31). Some life events also create Special Enrollment Periods. Your agent stays available for the life of your plan.
